The Al Nawras Resort website is intended to provide information about our resort, villas, facilities, and services. Guests may submit a reservation request through our website, which is sent directly to our Reservations Team via WhatsApp. Submitting a reservation request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Reservation requests submitted through the website are forwarded to our Reservations Team via WhatsApp.

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after our Reservations Team verifies availability and provides written confirmation.
• Availability is subject to change until confirmation is issued.
• Al Nawras Resort reserves the right to decline or refuse any reservation request.

Rates displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.

• Promotional offers are subject to availability and specific terms.
• Final pricing will be confirmed by our Reservations Team before your reservation is confirmed.

Payment instructions, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be communicated directly by our Reservations Team during the booking confirmation process.

The website does not process online payments.

Guests are expected to:

• Provide accurate reservation information
• Follow all resort policies during their stay
• Respect resort property, staff, and other guests
• Supervise children at all times
• Use all facilities responsibly

Guests may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

Use of resort facilities is subject to operational schedules, maintenance, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

Some facilities may be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

Guests must not:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Damage resort property
• Disturb other guests
• Violate safety regulations
• Bring prohibited items onto the property

Failure to comply may result in removal from the resort and additional charges where applicable.

Cancellation and modification policies will be communicated by our Reservations Team at the time of booking confirmation and may vary depending on the reservation type or promotional offer.

While we strive to keep all information current, Al Nawras Resort does not guarantee that all website content, pricing, images, or availability is always accurate or up to date.

We reserve the right to modify website content at any time without prior notice.

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, videos, and designs, is the property of Al Nawras Resort unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Al Nawras Resort shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or from temporary interruptions, technical issues, or inaccuracies in website content.

Al Nawras reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as necessary. Any such changes shall be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and shall become effective upon publication or upon such notice as may be required by law.

Reservation date changes are subject to villa availability and approval by Al Nawras Resort. Approved changes will incur a fee of SAR 600 for Studio Villas and SAR 1,000 for Two-Bedroom Villas.

Date changes are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability at the time of the request.

Guests wishing to organize celebrations or events, use an external event coordinator, or bring items such as tables, chairs, decorations, stands, lighting, sound systems, or other event equipment must obtain prior approval from the Resort Reception. An additional fee of SAR 1,500 will apply for approved event setups and/or when the number of adult guests exceeds the maximum occupancy of the reserved villa.

The Resort reserves the right to refuse unapproved event setups, equipment, or additional guests.

For the safety and security of all guests, swimming, fishing, diving, boating, and all other sea activities are strictly prohibited within the Resort premises and surrounding waters.

Guests who fail to comply with this policy do so at their own risk, and the Resort reserves the right to take appropriate action, including requiring guests to leave the premises without refund.
